You compare different things like software to one another. You can compare microsoft word, powerpoint 2007 etc to the older version of 2003.

Comment

A review on a topic made on a website. www.blogger.com is an example. Say you post a topic on bananas, there will be reviews or "comments" from people who saw your post on bananas.

Column chart

A column chart is a chart used to present many different types of data. They are tools in Microsoft Excel.Once the chart is complete, you can then use it as an exhibit.

Clustered column chart

Also known as a histogram. This chart is used in which you are comparing data by testing it twice. The first time represents the first bar and the second time is that same data tested again and now has a different result.

Close button

The X button that is shown in the top right hand corner of any window that is opened by the user. If a user presses it, the window closes.

The clipboard is a software that can be used for data storage and/or data transfer between documents or applications, such as copy and paste operations.

Cell address

A cell address in an Microsoft Excel spreadsheet, identifies the location of the cell in the spreadsheet.A cell address is a combination of column letter and row number of a cell, such as C4 or D8.The column letter is always listed first followed by the row number

Cell

The rectangular box identified by a unique letter - number combination. You would type your number or text into this box. A cell is the intersection of one row and one column.

The study of how a business's money goes in and comes out. There must be a fair cash flow. A time for cash flow is also set.

Also known as a bar graph. This graph has rectangular bars that have many different lengths depending on what they represent. Bar graphs are used for plotting things like increase and decrease, height and weight etc.

AutoRecover

AutoRecover is basically a Microsoft Excel feature that was the autosave in the earlier versions of Excel. AutoRecover feature saves copies of all open Excel files at certain time. The files can be recovered if Excel closes unexpectedly.

According to what i looked up, Autoform is a company that develops and marets software solutions. The company engineers on automotives, and make sheet metal forming industry.

Auto fit

A feature in Microsoft Excel that automatically adjusts the height of a row and column width to the size of the text contents you enter into a cell.

AutoComplete

Autocomplete is a feature provided by web browsers, e-mail programs, search engine interfaces, source code editors, etc. Autocomplete involves the program predicting a word or phrase that the user wants to type in without the user actually typing it in completely. This can be used in Microsoft Word. For example, say you type dictionary wrong like this. dictoinary. The AutoComplete feature automatically changes the dictoin to a diction. The i and o are switched.

Attachment

It is when a file is sent along with a message like an e-mail. You can attach many files to a message and send it to the recipient or the one receiving the message. The recipient downloads the attachments.

Argument

fact or assertion offered as evidence that something is true; "it was a strong argument that his hypothesis was true"

Application software, also known as software application, application or app, is computer software designed to help the user to perform a singular or multiple related specific tasks. Typical examples are word processors, spreadsheets, media players and database application

Active cell

In an Excel worksheet, the active cell is the cell with the black border. Data can only be entered into the active cell. Even if more than one cell is selected, there is still only one active cell. Use the mouse pointer or the arrow keys to change the location of the active cell.

Absolute cell reference

An absolute cell reference consists of the column letter and row number surrounded by dollar signs ( $ ).

An example of an absolute cell reference would be $C$4, $G$15, or $A$345.

Film Lesson: "Schindler's List"

Schindler's list Documented the Holocaust In a Detailed way. from the jewish peoples perspective to Schindler's perspective. It showed the heartlessness some people had then and also it  showed the pain some people felt at one point. the movie also showed the future after the holocaust and all the people who are greatful for what he has done.

The Treaty of Versailles (ended WW I)

In the end of WWI the treaty of Versailles was signed. It pretty  much made Germany give up its Power of land and put a Huge fine on them. it left Germany poor and angry. With anger comes a want for revenge, and with a want for revenge comes irrational choices, and with irrational choices a tyrant is born, and with a tyrant born leads to an inevitable Defeat. Which is what happened. They were angry, hitler came , ww2, germany loses again.

Mustafa Kemal (Ataturk) and the Modernization of Turkey

Ataturk made turkey a modern secular country. secular pretty much means non religious. Turkey was apart of the automen until it was disbanded after WWI. He pretty much wanted to make Turkey like the western countries (Europe and America), so he banned the use of the Fez h hat the Muslim men wore because when they prayed they touch their heads to the floor. he also insisted on the people wear regular clothing (hats and all). Thats how Ataturk modernized Turkey.

Film Lesson: Gandhi Jee 'the G'

Gandhi was a big piece to the independence of India.His methods where way different than people would normally take. He used a non violent way,(which I think is a bad idea in the rise of power) naturaly people will go to war to gain independence (ie. American revolution.) but Gandhi was able to get the independence through peace.
